17.3.1 Effective September 1, 2014, the first authorized day is free for the teacher. With the ratification of a collective agreement by the parties after August 31, 2016, unless the parties agree otherwise, this clause applies and Article 17.3 applies. The committee consists of two headteachers and two teachers appointed by ATA Local 35. By April 15, 2005, the Committee will report to the parties on its findings and potential recommendations. (c) judgment or transaction: an order from a competent court or an agreement by which the teacher agrees to accept any amount of money that represents a previous or future loss of the allowance, either by means of a lump sum, periodic payments or the purchase of a pension or any of them. 7.3 A substitute instructor who is employed for more than five consecutive days full-time or part-time to replace a particular teacher is included in the pay plan on the sixth consecutive day of school, in accordance with the qualifications and experiences of the substitute teacher, as defined in Sections 10 and 11 of this agreement. (a) the employer implements an additional unemployment benefit plan (SUB) which the teacher can access during the postnatal period during which a teacher on maternity leave receives 100% of her normal weekly salary for the seven (7) weeks following the date of birth. From September 1, 2014, seven (7) weeks will be revised to eight (8) weeks. The ratification of a collective agreement by the parties after August 31, 2016, unless the parties agree otherwise, expires eight (8) weeks and seven (7) weeks. 6.11.1 If a teacher chooses the “day-to-day” option, the day taken is pleasant for both the teacher and his principal. When selecting the day-in-place, the priority is to minimize disruption to the curriculum. Each day of the der license is taken until June 30 after the day it was won.
If there is no agreement on the day, the teacher receives two hundredths (1/200) of his total annual salary. The parties must establish a committee to examine the following issues relating to the provision of extracurricular activities in the department`s schools; (a) the teacher`s declaration of competence, which is subject to the terms of this agreement; b) the teacher`s long-standing teaching experience, subject to the terms of this agreement. (a) four representatives of teachers, one of whom must not be a member of the Voting Committee; (b) three directors of the employer; and (c) superintendents of schools that are not members of the voting committee. Each evening interview between parents and teachers, including the collaborative conference model, lasting at least three hours, is considered to be 1/2 of a working day. The annual school calendar should include up to three days off in lieu of the time spent during evening interviews between parents and teachers. b) As long as the teacher has sick days, the SUB plan is paid for seven (7) weeks after the date of delivery, provided the teacher receives work insurance benefits. After 90 (90) successive days of disability, the teacher claims benefits in the event of prolonged disability and payments from the SUB plan are suspended. From September 1, 2014, seven (7) weeks will be revised to eight (8) weeks. LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING – Professional Development Leave Review Committee A teacher may, with the employer`s consent, reduce the duration of six (6) weeks after the actual delivery date by providing the employer with a medical certificate certifying that the return to work does not endanger her health.
