The appropriate and timely execution of all repairs to the rental property and the rented property is the responsibility of the tenant, as long as they relate to the constructive elements of the leased property. The owner is also responsible for the cleanliness of the rental property and the replacement of the missing or worn parts of the rented property. Managers and owners must keep excellent copies of signed leases. It is a good idea to copy leases for former tenants, at least until a limitation period for the lease expires. Oh my god!
